Nicole Kardine, MA, NCC

I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship. My mission is to provide a supportive and compassionate space where you can explore your life’s experiences and work toward healing and growth. I take a holistic approach to therapy, seeking to understand each client as a whole person—beyond a diagnosis.

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC). My therapeutic style is rooted in a person-centered approach, which prioritizes your unique needs and goals. Alongside traditional therapy techniques, I incorporate alternative modalities to support healing. As a trained yoga teacher, Reiki master, and mindfulness and meditation practitioner, I often integrate these practices to complement our work. Additionally, my training in Polyvagal Theory and EMDR allows me to help clients address trauma and emotional regulation in a deeply effective way.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions, or seeking to shift unhelpful behaviors or thought patterns, we will work collaboratively to create a personalized treatment plan that draws on your strengths. Together, we will foster resilience and empowerment to help you achieve your goals.

I am currently under the clinical supervision of Dr. Kathleen West, as I work towards completing the requirements for licensure in Pennsylvania. I do not accept insurance but offer sessions at a rate of $100. I work with individuals ages 14 and older, offering sessions both online and in-person.
